Hi, I’m Jessica and I write The Flat Stomach Blog to help men and women get fit, get healthy and work towards developing a healthy flat sexy stomach. I started The Flat Stomach Blog in 2008 to help other men and women deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of losing weight, specifically from the stomach.

Having an obese stomach can lead to heart disease and diabetes as well increasing the risk of cancer, liver disease, sleep apnea and osteoarthritis. My aim is to to get you healthy, change your habits and help you work towards a flat stomach through the articles I write, the sites I link to and the products I recommend.
