I have heard that a 3 day fast with just eating apples totally clears your acne as well.

Im just not diciplined enough to try it.

I have started eating an apple, a banana and grapes , feeling very nice and energetic . But my weight is costant not decreasing . I am checking but no. Shall I eat more than one a day. I am science graduate I understand the results - only producing energy not lessening weitht . Please advise me .

Great read! It’s amazing, but not surprising how much what you put in your body influences how you feel on the outside.

I start my day every morning with a serving of two apples, blue berries, raspberries, carrots, and other essentials mixed with a little organic cheese squares. I feel better through out the day and I have lost 12lbs in two months.
