If you’re at all like me you get bored doing the same old abs exercises, if you get to them at all. For the next 30 days I’m going to give you a new abdominal exercise along with instructions on how to correctly perform the exercise!
Abs Exercise #29: Double Crunch On Bench
The double crunch on the workout bench will work the entire core. You will need a workout bench to perform the exercise.
Here is the proper way to perform the double crunch:
- Begin by sitting on one side of the workout bench.
- Raise you feet off the ground a little keeping your knees and feet together.
- Grip the back of the workout bench behind you.
- Now perform the crunch by bringing your knees into your chest while at the same time bringing your chest in towards your knees.
- Come back to position 2 and repeat for 3 sets of 10 reps.
Things to remember when doing the double crunch:
- Remember to focus on your abs and producing slow controlled movements.
