I stumbled upon this workout and immediately wanted to share this with flatstomachblog.com readers.
The Killer Ab Workout is a collection of 28 abdominal exercises listed at personaltrainingfitness.com.
This is a workout totally designed to only focus on the abdominals. Your stomach is going to get a massive knock about with this and no doubt you are going to be pretty sore the next day if you get through it.
Looking at the workout I think it should take you between 30-60 minutes depending on how much you rest between each exercise.
I think it would be a great routine to start doing a few weeks before you wanted to show off your stomach. It’s not a workout that I would try and do all year round. Maybe once a week at most if you wanted to include it in your general workout routine.
As always when doing the exercises remember to watch your form, take it slowly and look after your back.
