I was intrigued by the title of your blog, “Flat Stomach…”
I haven’t had a flat stomach in years…actually, I’ve never had a Flat Stomach !

Love the Yoga Pose. Nice photo. Since it’s about 28 degrees outside my window this morning, me thinks I shall grab my beach towel and just look at this photo for awhile.
